THE TEAM CONTINUES TO GROW
PUTTING THE CUSTOMER FIRST MEANS REACTIVITY IS A MUST

Franck Hagneré set up S2M's Customer Service Unit to ensure that the numerous requests for technical support from customers around the world were met as rapidly and efficiently as possible, through a centralised pool of experts able to handle any enquiry or problem as it arises. S2M's growth is impressive : more than 60 turbomachines have been tuned or commissioned in the past year, and an estimated 200 machines will require tuning over the next three years. As the market grows, and with it the volume of requests from customers, the Customer Service team is being expanded, to upgrade efficiency and respond to increasing demands for its expertise.
Franck Fisson managed industrial products between the USA and Asia before joining the team recently as resource manager.

"My mission : to optimise all the ressources on the ground, so that each customer is serviced within the best possible time-scale. It's all about getting the right man in the right place at the right moment." Franck is assisted by Uta Gouhier, Travel Coordinator, who has over 20 years experience with S2M.
Two new specialists have joined the operational team :
Emmanuel Cochepain, a maintenance specialist with degrees in Electronic Engineering and Automatic Functions and Systems, has joined us from Philips, where his experience in the fields of Maintenance and Development will be a valuable contribution to our customer service operations
Vincent Goujard is an electrotechnical engineer with a Master's in Electrotechnics, Power Electronics and Automatic Functions, and degrees in Electronic Engineering. Formerly with Schneider, he has extensive industrial experience in automatic functions and motor controls.
