The Customer service business unit has been set up to coordinate and supply every type of service or back-up our customers may need. Staffed with specialists, it will ensure that your specific need is taken on board rapidly and effectively, with immediate input from all the technical fields involved.
Tuning and commissioningat OEM's plants and user's sites ensure that new equipments are ideally implemented, with performance check in real conditions.
Service Contracts provide customers with remote surveillance of electronic controls for magnetic bearings, plus a commitment to fast assistance when necessary, and planned preventive maintenance visits which are essential to ensure that equipment continues to give full satisfaction, throughout its working life
The S2M Training Centre, which has French-government approval, demystifies magnetic bearings for future operators and ensures that they will be fully operational once on site. It is equipped with every type of electronics as well as a test bed, and staffed by technicians whose professional expertise is completed by their personal on-site experience.
Spare parts : S2M certified spare parts, designed for specific applications, are tested to S2M’s quality specifications and meet demanding in-use performance standards. All parts use state-of-the-art electronics featuring plug-and-play control board facilities.
Upgrades : Customers can now extend the life of their equipment by replacing obsolete analogue circuits with digital electronics designed and tested by S2M, to provide a new range of functions for previous-generation magnetic bearings.
Repairs and assessments : S2M’s trouble-shooting technicians are always available at a moment’s notice to assess the status of equipment, refurbish it if necessary or repair it if parts are damaged.
